DISSOLVED COMMITTEE. Maintained the bylaws of the round table, proposed revisions as needed, reviewed other proposed changes to the bylaws from committees or members, maintained a policy and procedures manual, and advised the Board of Directors regarding structural and organizational concerns of the Rainbow Round Table.
