LIRT Request Nominations

Library Instruction Round Table

LIRT is asking for your nominations for three offices and LIRT's representative on the ALA Council:

Vice President/President-Elect

Vice Treasurer/Treasurer-Elect

Secretary/Archivist-Elect

Officers must be able to attend all ALA Midwinter and Annual Conferences for the duration of their commitments. The LIRT Councilor must be able to attend ALA Council sessions. Candidates must be current members of LIRT and have served for at least one year on a LIRT Committee. The terms of these offices are:

Vice President/President-Elect serves a three-year term as part of a three-year commitment to the Executive Board as Vice President/President-Elect, President, and Past President.

Vice Treasurer/Treasurer-Elect serves a two-year term as part of a two-year commitment to the Executive Board as Vice Treasurer/Treasurer-Elect, and Treasurer.

Secretary/Archivist-Elect serves a two-year term as part of a two-year commitment to the Executive Board as Secretary (first year) and Archivist (second year).

LIRT Councilor serves a three-year term in the ALA Council. (Not seeking nominations for 2021-2022.)
