Quiet Leadership: Foster your identity as an introverted or quiet leader to inspire beyond words

90 minutes webinar on May 29, 2024

Squash the ideals of extroverted, outgoing, or charismatic leadership by combating the idea to be a model leader you have to be loud. Quiet or introverted leadership challenges the extroverted norms and expectations by promoting a healthy and successful working environment through modesty, humility, and action. By the end of this webinar, participants will be knowledgeable of stereotypes that plague quiet leadership; learn how to accept who you are and what leadership qualities best fit you; discover qualities of leadership of compassion and understanding; and learn how work environments can collaborate and inspire.

Nearly everyone is encouraged to attend, but emphasis is given to those who are introverted or those who are extroverted and seek to learn more about their introverted colleagues.
