Ways to Give to the American Library Association
When you make a gift to the American Library Association, you help give a voice to libraries and library workers across the country. ALA works with libraries at the state, local, and national level to ensure equal access to information for all.

There are a number of options if you're interested in donating to ALA. The simplest is to make an online donation:

Monthly giving and installments

Bequests, trusts, and planned gifts
ALA has teamed with FreeWill, allowing you to easily create a legally valid will, at no cost to you. You can use FreeWill to support the people and causes you care about most, even after you are gone. ALA Development Office staff can also work with you on creating a gift that helps meet your needs and the needs of your family, as well as support the Association, a division, round table or program in a way that is meaningful.
